01. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between qpjl ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("you," "the Player," or "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service made available through qpjl.cam or any associated mobile-optimized interface.

Your continued use of the qpjl platform — including browsing, account registration, depositing funds, placing wagers, claiming bonuses, or accessing any gaming content — constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms in their entirety, including any documents incorporated herein by reference, such as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms take effect from the moment you first access the qpjl platform and remain in force throughout your use of the platform and for any period following the closure or suspension of your account where residual obligations remain outstanding.

02. Eligibility & Age Requirements

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on qpjl, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform;
• You are a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of the Philippines;
• You are accessing qpjl from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, agent, or contractor of qpjl, nor an immediate family member of such persons;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from qpjl or been permanently banned from the platform;
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

qpjl reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or Voter's ID. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension pending verification, including the withholding of any pending withdrawals.

Any account found to belong to an individual under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently suspended. Any funds deposited and any winnings accumulated will be forfeited in accordance with applicable PAGCOR guidelines. qpjl cooperates fully with regulatory authorities in the investigation of underage gambling incidents.

03. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the qpjl platform. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all funds and winnings therein.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

When registering an account, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and truthful personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, registered Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your account information in the event that any details change. qpjl accepts no liability for issues arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the Player.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your qpjl account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. qpjl will never ask for your password through any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorized by you.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify qpjl's support team immediately via the 24/7 live chat facility available on the platform. qpjl may temporarily lock your account pending a security investigation.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

qpjl operates Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures consistent with applicable Philippine regulations. You may be required to complete identity verification before making your first withdrawal or when your cumulative deposits exceed specified thresholds. Verification typically requires a government-issued photo ID and may include proof of address and proof of payment method ownership.

04. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

qpjl accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and QR Ph. The minimum deposit is ₱100. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made through third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Deposit transactions via e-wallets (GCash, Maya, GrabPay) are typically credited to your qpjl wallet instantly. Bank transfers may be subject to processing times during non-business hours. qpjl is not liable for delays caused by payment processors or third-party financial institutions.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and applicable bonus wagering requirements being fulfilled. qpjl aims to process GCash and Maya withdrawals within five (5) minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals typically clear within thirty (30) minutes during Philippine business hours (PHT, GMT+8).

qpjl reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may result in temporary processing delays. Withdrawal requests may be declined pending the resolution of any open security investigation, bonus eligibility dispute, or KYC documentation review.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the qpjl platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Any currency conversion costs incurred through your payment provider are your responsibility.

05. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All gaming products on the qpjl platform — including live casino, slots, online sabong, sports betting, bingo, and table tennis — are governed by specific game rules published within each respective game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail for that game category.

06. Bonuses & Promotions

General rules applicable to all qpjl bonuses include the following:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash;
• Only one bonus may be active at any time unless otherwise specified in the offer terms;
• Bonuses may only be claimed by the intended recipient and may not be transferred;
• qpjl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice;

07. Responsible Gaming

qpjl provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders, accessible directly from the account settings page without requiring a support ticket:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, and monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration;

08. Prohibited Conduct

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the single account policy;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or any subsequent verification process;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate game outcomes;
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraudulent payment activity, or financing of unlawful activity;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing qpjl staff or other platform users through any communication channel;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law and where you have not disclosed such restriction to qpjl;
• Allowing a third party to use your account, or using a third party's account on their behalf.

09. Intellectual Property

All content on the qpjl platform — including but not limited to the qpjl brand name and logo, website design, page layouts, text, graphics, game interfaces, software architecture, and all associated intellectual property — is the exclusive property of qpjl or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the qpjl platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any qpjl content without prior written authorisation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, qpjl shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

qpjl's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to the platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

qpjl makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You acknowledge that all gaming involves an element of financial risk and that you participate in all games on the qpjl platform at your own risk.

11. Privacy & Data

qpjl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account and using the qpjl platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

qpjl employs industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the qpjl platform. 12. Suspension & Termination

12.1 Termination by Player

You may close your qpjl account at any time by contacting qpjl support via the 24/7 live chat facility. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deducting applicable bonus balances subject to wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment method. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) Philippine business days.

12.2 Termination by qpjl

qpjl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms; failure to pass identity verification; suspected fraudulent, collusive, or manipulative activity; regulatory compliance requirements; or where continued operation of your account would expose qpjl to legal or regulatory risk.

Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, qpjl reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach — such as regulatory withdrawal from a market — qpjl will return your verified balance in full.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

qpjl operates in the Philippine market in compliance with applicable local regulations governing online gaming and player protection. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the qpjl platform complies with the laws of their jurisdiction of residence.

14. Amendments

qpjl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, qpjl will notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file at least seven (7) days before the revised Terms take effect, except where immediate changes are required for regulatory compliance or security reasons.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the qpjl platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.1.
